Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservations subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Cancellation charges, if applicable, will be determined based on the notice period provided before the scheduled arrival date.

Standard Reservations

• More than 7 days before arrival: Full refund of the booking amount.
• 48 hours or more before arrival: Full refund.
• 24 to 48 hours before arrival: 50% cancellation charge may apply.
• Less than 24 hours before arrival: No refund.
• No-show reservations: No refund will be issued.

Peak Season & Special Event Reservations

Reservations made during festivals, public holidays, long weekends, peak travel seasons, or special events may be subject to separate cancellation terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Group Bookings

Group reservations, corporate bookings, conference bookings, and event-related bookings may be governed by separate agreements and customized cancellation schedules.

Modification Requests

Requests for date changes, room upgrades, guest name modifications, or other booking amendments are subject to room availability, prevailing rates, and management approval.

Cancellation Confirmation

A cancellation request shall be considered valid only after written confirmation has been issued by Dhisha INN via email, message, or other official communication channels.

Special Offers & Promotional Rates

Reservations made under promotional offers, discounted packages, special rates, or limited-time deals may be non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-modifiable unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
